What you need to know

Pursuant to Section 336 of Public Law 112-95, of the FAA Modernization and Reform Act
of 2012, recreational users of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) are required to notify the Airport Authority of any UAS flight within 5 miles of Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE), Queen City Airport (XLL) or Braden Airpark (N43). By submitting the information below, UAS operators are in compliance with federal requirements to notify the Airport. UAS operators within 5 miles of Lehigh Valley International Airport must also notify the FAA Air Traffic Control Tower at (610) 231-8260. If you have any questions, please contact the Lehigh Northampton Airport Authority at (610) 266-6000.
